A special release from the Wild Workshop, celebrating Garage Project's 11th birthday! A blend of rustic saison, barrel aged with our own mixed house culture, then rested on organic Montepulciano grape marc from the marvellous Hans Herzog Estate Vineyard. This creates a vibrant, complex and colourful beer with soft tannins and a refreshing fruit acidity.
