Each batch is an opportunity to try a new brewery fresh IPA, unfiltered and unfined, showcasing a unique combination of yeast, malt and hops. Just fun, fresh hoppy beer at its best.
August is massive. In a month that boasts both Beervana and Burger Welly, you need a FRESH IPA that delivers and FRESH August 2023 definitely does not disappoint. Luscious light lager and sun ripened wheat create a vivacious little hazy which we’ve loaded up with actual piles of Simcoe, Citra, Vic Secret, Strata and Chinook hops. It’s a winning combo that pours with a tenacious haze the colour of buttercups and meyer lemons, bursting with the aroma of sweet mangos and yellow jelly jet planes. The mouthfeel is extra smooth, almost creamy, with a beautifully balanced, integrated hop character that’s all about grapefruit, mandarin and pineapples, with just a hint of lemon drops. Just perfect for pairing with a month of beery fun.
