January is kicking off a little earlier than expected. Just to make sure you have a can of FRESH IPA in your hot hand in time for the official start of the New Year, wherever you might be, we’re shipping JAN out early. Now, what you choose to do with this beer is entirely up to you, but just so you can make an informed decision this is what is in store for you.
JAN is brewed with sweet light lager malt, creamy South Island rolled oats, and Chit wheat - wheat that’s been specially malted to help build mouthfeel and foam in the beer. It’s a magic combo that pours out into the glass like a mango smoothie. We’re kicking the new year off with a mighty combo of Citra, Galaxy and Vic Secret, a light touch in the whirlpool, then a heavy hit of dry hop. Try breathing in as you crack the can. Through some magic of olfactory chemistry there’s an instant hit of tropical fruit. Closer to the glass there’s passionfruit, bubblegum and orange/grapefruit citrus. Then take a sip for more ripe pineapple, passionfruit, freshly zested citrus and a hint of sun warmed cedar.
