FRESH November '23

Fresh IPA, a rolling, ever changing, monthly series of one offs, brewed in small batches and available only from our brewery outlets and only while stocks last. Each batch is an opportunity to try a new brewery fresh IPA, unfiltered and unfined, showcasing a unique combination of yeast, malt and hops. Just fun, fresh hoppy beer at its best.

 It’s November already and we’re leaning into peak spring with an extra zesty citrus edition of FRESH.

A juicy malt base of light lager and plump wheat are joined this month with a touch of Vienna lending a hint of fresh baked croissant sweetness and a dense pillowy white head. A judicious blend of Australian grown Eclipse, hand selected Citra and El Dorado cryo give NOV a big, hop hit of bold, bright citrus.

The aroma is a mix of sweet lemon drizzle cake with top notes of freshly crushed mandarin and lime peel, followed up with a palate balancing viennoiserie sweetness and zesty citrus with mandarin, lime and grapefruit juice, retsina pine notes and a bright pineapple finish.

A big, juicy, satisfying citrus hit, perfect for the bright days ahead.
