Each batch is an opportunity to try a new brewery fresh IPA, unfiltered and unfined, showcasing a unique combination of yeast, malt and hops. Just fun, fresh hoppy beer at its best.
With Spring in full swing we're bringing you a FRESH that’s bursting with vibrant seasonal character.
It’s a simple grist of light lager and juicy jumbo oats giving the palest yellow colour and dense creamy haze. We’re using Verdant yeast, which seems fitting for a Spring inspired hazy. Hops are a hand picked blend of Cryo and T90 Simcoe (one of my favourite lots), Freestyle Nelson Sauvin and Oregon Strata, with a touch in the whirlpool and heavy payload in the fermenter.
This blend conjures up an aromatic fruit salad medley, leading with ripe cut mango and sweet orange, before opening up with a hint of guava and strawberry creams. Then the palate starts with pineapple juice, lychee and citrus peel and finishes with orange coloured Air New Zealand boiled sweets.
