About Moon Tide:
Smoked pōhutukawa malt,finished with foraged kawakawa leaves and an addition of Moon Shell clams to the boil. Rich sweet amber malt, savoury smoke and spicy kawakawa meld with a subtle hint of ocean brine.
Black pepper and subtle sweetness from Fiordland Wapiti is offset by the delicate acidity of pinot noir, with silky lamb fat rounding out the mix.
